Shipping Policy

 

We endeavour to ship all items placed before 12pm (AWST Time) Tuesday - Friday the same day. Please note that we are closed Sundays and Mondays. Orders placed after 12pm Friday and on our “Closed” days, will be shipped the following Tuesday. Please allow 2-10 days to receive your order depending on your location within Australia. If your order has not been received within this time frame, please contact us so we can track the order for you.

We use Australia Post for small items and may use our preferred courier for larger and bulkier items. We will always seek quotes to offer the lowest and most reliable service.

Incorrect address

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address we will notify the customer to best resolve the problem, however if we need to re send the order freight will not be covered by Bob’s Bikes and will be charged to the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not ship complete bikes, bike racks or dangerous goods, these items are Click and Collect only.

Click and Collect

Click and Collect is an easy way to place an order and have it ready for you to pick up in store. Once an order is placed, you will be notified to confirm your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation to avoid any disappointment in case there are any issues.

International Shipping

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Out of Stock items

If you can place an item in your cart, this item is physically in our store. Where an item is marked “Out of Stock’’ It may be available from our suppliers we simply don’t have it in the store at this time. Please contact us and we will do our best to get it for you. If any issues arise with stock, we will notify you via email to work out the best solution.

Returns and Refunds

 

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  •         has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  •         is unsafe
  •         is significantly different from the sample or description
  •         does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

If you have ordered the wrong product or it does not fit, we will accept a return if the product complies with the following conditions

  •         Unused with no signs of use, wear or installation
  •         As new in appearance
  •         In original packaging including tags still attached
  •         Being returned within 30 days from date of purchase

The purchaser must contact us first to inform us of any issue before returning. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping cost. It is recommended to ship with a reliable courier, signature on delivery and purchase insurance to ensure the item makes it back to us. We will not be held liable for any return shipping that is lost or damaged.
